Earlier in her career, Ms. Mislavskaia held senior positions in international companies, serving for more than twenty years as a regional finance director. She also has entrepreneurial experience in managing manufacturing enterprises, reflecting her versatility and strong leadership skills.

Her academic background includes a Master’s degree in accounting, analysis, and auditing (Russia), an MBA from the Czech Republic, as well as training with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in London, where she earned her Certified Chartered Accountant qualification.

Since moving to the United States, Ms. Mislavskaia has successfully adapted to new conditions, continuing to advance her professional and community involvement. Owing to her noble heritage on her father’s side, she is a member of the Russian Nobility Association in America (RNAA), based in New York, which supports scholarship programs, organizes annual balls, and participates in charitable initiatives. Through maternal family ties, she also worked in Israel for several years, gaining additional professional experience.

Ms. Mislavskaia attributes her success to perseverance, hard work, and a commitment to lifelong learning.
